Criteria for T4, 2006 MTV Competition

Our values theme for 2006 is How Can I Help
For our las MTV comp of the year I thought the movies should be about this theme.
How Can I Help? will be the movie title and as usual the movie will be no longer than 3 mins.
The movie will display ways in which Pt England children can help each other to solve problems in their lives and to be successful.
The movie should focus on the solution more than the problem.
Classes can select appropriate music or create their own music, rap or rhyme.
There will be different amounts of teacher input depending on the level and ability of the children in the class.
It would be great if the Y6 students could do the shooting & editing themselves, with direction from the teacher.

The Judges will be Mr Burt, Mr Fletcher & Mr Munnik

You will be judged on:
1. How well you communicate the theme
2. How the music is matched to the images
3. Audience appreciation
4. The quality of audio/video content and its editing
5. How the final product relates to the ability level of the students.
